What you are purchasing
LIFE workbooks are one-time educational digital downloads for North Carolina property owners. The product page states the file format, edition and contents. No physical item is shipped. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. There is no subscription, automatic service enrollment or promise of future editions.
Delivery and use
After successful payment, use the download links on your order confirmation and order email. Keep your receipt and save a copy of your files. Use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms; fields do not calculate. You can also print and write. Access depends on the download terms displayed with your order; future hosting availability is not guaranteed.
You may use the worksheets for your own property planning, make working copies and adapt included marketing messages to verified property facts. Please do not resell, redistribute or publicly upload the paid files. Public sample pages are provided separately.
Final sales, support and updates
All digital-download sales are final once download access is provided. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use the materials. Please review the description and free sample pages before purchasing.
For missing, incorrect, or corrupted files, contact us so we can restore access or provide a corrected file. Duplicate charges and unresolved delivery problems will be investigated and corrected as appropriate. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Your purchase includes the edition described at checkout. We may revise the materials over time; future updates are included only when expressly stated.
Professional services are separate
A download does not create an agency relationship, hire a broker or attorney, provide a property valuation, supply legal contracts or authorize the firm to advertise your property. Property-specific brokerage work requires a separate agreement defining the service and fee. Legal, lending, tax, inspection and other specialist advice must come from the appropriate professional.
Your information
