All digital-download sales are final once download access is provided. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use the materials. Please review the description and free sample pages before purchasing.
Delivery and billing support
For missing, incorrect, or corrupted files, contact us so we can restore access or provide a corrected file. Duplicate charges and unresolved delivery problems will be investigated and corrected as appropriate. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Editions and updates
Your purchase includes the edition described at checkout. We may revise the materials over time; future updates are included only when expressly stated.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank timing varies. These are digital products; there is no physical item to mail back.
